50% deposit to confirm reservation.
100% deposit when reservation confirmed within 14 days of arrival

Cancellation policy

  • 100%:  Cancellation 0 – 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show.
  • 75%:    Cancellation 15 – 28 days before date of arrival.
  • 50%:    Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival.
  • In the event of premature departure, we may charge for the full original booking.
